All you really need is 10 minutes a day but by all means do more for maximum  results. I do 30 minutes a day!

Start off slow. Do 2 to 3 minutes at a time and gradually work your way to a full 10 minutes none stop. WARNING!!! You will be sore the first few days but i promise you it's worth it!!!

Put on your favorite music and Get Hoopin 4 songs is about 10 minutes. Or Hoop while watching your favorite tv show.

If you're going to put together yourself. Please be careful. Get some gloves to protect your hands. All you need is about 24 ozs of water and some electrical tape.
