My journey!

My journey began in 2005. I took that last look at the person I saw and said goodbye!!! Forever!!!! I started the Medical Weight loss plan and walked at least 4 times a day. One day I stumbled upon the fitness hula hoop. I started hooping in 2005. It really help tone and shape my body.

Now don't think this hoop is gonna just magically give you your dream body. You have to want it! You have to work for it! I switched to this plan and it rocks i tell ya. I started out hooping 10 minutes a day now I do 30 or more. I love it. It's easy. It's a real workout!
